Karynne Courts is Australia’s leading values specialist and has been inspiring and coaching leaders for over a decade. Working across Australia and internationally, Karynne has designed and implemented programs for corporate, not-for-profit, community, and government sectors. She has worked with boards and senior leaders in organisations including Westpac, Rural Solutions South Australia, Avanade, QBE, Salmat, TransGrid, Mounties Group, Parramatta City Council, The Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO), Bidvest South Africa, and Westfield Group. Karynne facilitates the highly acclaimed Visionary Leadership Program as well as regularly designing and facilitating values-based cultural interventions, planning processes, and leadership experiences.

Karynne’s pioneering work is highly respected by her peers and clients. A childhood spent on a large sheep station in north-west New South Wales, gives her a unique ability to integrate the Outback Wisdom with which she was surrounded as a child into the corporate leadership programs she develops. Her photo-book Journey to the Blue Road blends her rural upbringing with her work in leadership.

Karynne undertakes ongoing professional development to ensure she brings leading edge research and technologies to her clients and is currently completing a Masters in Applied Anthropology. In addition to values-based leadership she is a passionate artist and musician, voracious reader and enthusiastic bush walker.
