Tony built his career in sales. He is highly experienced in creating a culture for high performing sales teams. He has more than 30 years experience from various leadership roles in SME’s and global corporate organisations across strategy alignment and sales plan execution. He is experienced in the NFP sector where he was CEO of an organisation in human services. He is highly regarded for his business planning, organisational development, leadership style and delivering results. His emotional intelligence and collaborative style promotes accountability and personal contribution.
