Jude Allan is a Facilitator and Coach, specialising in Leadership Development, Team Building, Skills Development and Behavioural Change through Self-awareness. She supports leaders and teams to improve their performance – leading to greater organisational effectiveness and improved business outcomes. Jude is passionate about working with people to unlock their potential.
Prior to her work in Learning and Development Jude held senior executive roles in a career spanning 20 years in the Television Media Industry. She has a wealth of experience in Sales, Negotiation, Customer Service, Team Building and Effective Communication. Her most recent position was the Head of Strategy and Integration at Network Ten, prior to this she was Client Service Director at the Seven Network.
Through her work as a strategic thinker and leader within the highly competitive media industry - Jude has ‘hands on’ experience to draw from as she supports leaders and their teams to step up to the challenges of doing business in increasingly demanding environments.
Jude holds a firm belief through her experience that constructive organisational cultures underpin high performance teams. As a coach and facilitator she has a warm empathic style that enables her to build meaningful relationships with her clients. She understands the importance of leaders and their teams being accountable to personal and shared business goals and the important part this plays in putting yourself ‘ahead of the game’ in business today.
