Tony is a Facilitator and Coach, specialising in performance management, team building and strategy development. 

He is an executive with 20+ years’ expertise dealing with stakeholders from a variety of industries and seniority. A leader with an entrepreneurial flair who enjoys developing teams and using his passion for coaching people to be the best version of themselves. He values the importance of culture and staff engagement and has a talent for formulating solutions that inspire both positive and sustainable outcomes. 

The experience he has gained from senior roles in both the Sales & Marketing and Project Management fields has equipped him with a depth of knowledge valued by his clients.

His interest in Leadership, Learning and Development evolved whilst working with market leading Media and Property organisations. He has a wealth of experience in sales innovation, growth and transformation across matrixed businesses. 

Tony injects enthusiasm into all his projects and his warm authentic style ensures he builds meaningful relationships with his clients and project partners.
